We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows: Identity Data (name, username, date of birth, gender), Contact Data (email address, telephone number, physical address), Media Data (photos, videos, audio recordings submitted for auditions), and Technical Data (internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version).
3. How We Use Your Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances: To evaluate your application for our trainee programs; To contact you regarding your audition status; To manage our relationship with you; To improve our website, products/services, marketing or customer relationships. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers for tax purposes for six years after they cease being customers.

In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years of age to apply for our trainee programs. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to participate in the application process and to be bound by these Terms.
3. Audition Materials & License
By submitting photos, videos, audio recordings, or other materials (“Content”) to PMG, you grant PMG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the Content in connection with the PMG business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Content (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the Content you submit.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree not to submit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. PMG reserves the right to reject any application for any reason without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Popolo Music Group, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are provided “as is” and “as available” basis. PMG makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Popolo Music Group, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Safe Environment
We maintain a safe, respectful training environment. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Health & Wellbeing
Regular health checks and mental health support are provided. Trainees must report any health concerns immediately.
Emergency Procedures
Emergency contact information must be provided and kept updated. Staff are trained in emergency response procedures.
Reporting Concerns
Any safety or welfare concerns should be reported immediately to staff. Anonymous reporting channels are available.
